No Duarte officials will actually confirm this. But from what we can gather, we’re pretty confident in saying that former Charter Oak standout running back Kurt Scoby is now attending Duarte and will likely play there in the fall.

    Well best RBs will be Ainsworth and the other Monrovia Kid, and yes Scoby Do. He will be eligible, no doubt. Others to consider….West Covina Kid, and SD has a returner, who plays baseball. Ainsworth will be the best if he fixes his fumbles and can crack the starting lineup.

    He is going to Duarte because they have promised him he will play because of a bogus hardship. He would be academic ineligible at CO…just ask him.

    I’m glad this is going to work out for Scoby and it’s for the best that he back at Duarte.I wish him the best. CO will be fine, they have a line forming right now to take Scoby’s place ( there’s some good ones still there) everyone needs to stop hating and look forward now- not backwards. Good Luck Scoby!
