#Scoby3000: St. Francis likely to be biggest block on the road to #Scoby3000 … 2,251 needed for 3,000 yards …

Scoby’s yards to date: 749
History: 142 yards vs. Ayala
287 yards vs. Arcadia
183 yards vs. San Dimas
137 yards vs. South Hills
Needed for 3,000: 2,251
This week’s opponent: St. Francis
Games left: Six regular season + playoffs.

Aram’s take: This is the week. St. Francis is gonna surely focus on stopping Scoby. Big-time, parochial, upper-division teams often find a way to put the clamps on the opponents’ best player. They’re used to it. I remember many years ago when Russell White was at Crespi and running wild, Loyola held him to something like 18 yards. Thank you very much. It can happen. And if it does, #Scoby3000 takes a big, big hit.

Pott’s is the runner choice verses SF….You can’t stop Both…Then once they figure that out….Scoby 3000 takes over.

SF will study Ayala and SH film closely I suspect.

St Francis could not stop 150 pound Leroy cloud .

You know…Scoby might be a little more formidable. Potts Might be the best Athlete on the field tonight…

      • AramT

What if St. Francis makes Potts a passer tonight? Then what?

        • GP AKA Green Machine

Lol…he can throw it…Do you think SF is going to go Man all night…That’s the only way to keep 8 in box…..

    St Francis 35 – MHS 14

All the hype will be gone by halftime. St Francis is one of the weaker parochial schools, and they will easily handle the kitty cats.

Still has 75% of the goal to go with 50% of the regular season gone. So unless he’s going off for 3 or 4 bills every game… Not happening. Even with a fairly weak league.
