Not a big deal, but dropping a place after winning 42-0 is kinda interesting….

    • AramT

That’s because CO made a massive leap.

      • Conq ’76

        Indeed they did…

  • MonkeyWrench

Dis one of dem years wear records dont tell the real story on teams. Upset alert in playoff dis year.

  • Not So Fast My Friend

Aram, where did Chino Hills lose three games? Their only loss prior to Charter Oak was to Bishop Amat.

  • Valley Athletics

Eric sondheimers using Arams heading “super sophs ” on his article about loyolas sophmores starting on varsity . He must if seen Arams blog .

    • 626

Yeah, I saw that too. I see Loyola is going the way of Alemany, as 3 of those “Super Sophs” are from Pasadena. Same with Crespi’s Marvell Tell and Torrance Brumfield.

      • GP AKA Green Machine

Pasadena fuels the the entire Serra league…Keep your head up Muir…they are winning with 1/4th of their talent.

      • Valley Athletics

They where the last place team last year as freshmen . Don’t know if they transfered in or what.

        • 626

Only D. Long transferred in…from Alemany. Loyola doesn’t accept too many transfers though, from what I understand.

    • Boycott lancerito

I believe when Aram said “super sophs” he was speaking as a whole class. Bishop has legitimately that. When some classes have a solid 6-7 players. Amat sophomores have about 20 solid core players

  • GP AKA Green Machine

All looks good except for Dranch at # 5. They should be #10. The lost to Ayala is stinking up their rep, and every one that lost to them… but has been ignored so far, now after the fight, they should have dropped going into this week.

  • Dustin ohara

    Muir will beat Arcadia

  • Titan Football Fan

Titan fan here; risking ridicule again. Week 2, no mention. Week 3 #25. Week 5 #22. Week 6 #21. Week 7 #20. Week 8 #19. Begrudging respect? We’ll take it. Can we get to Top 15 before the Monrovia showdown? Maybe. It’s been a great year so far for Titan Football Fan(s). Team is playing well with many players contributing. It starts with the linemen. Four returning D-Line starters are the key to the stingy defense. D-Ends #85 and #45 are having great years. All five members of the O-Line are executing flawlessly — it’s all-you-can-eat pancakes at every game. Our linebackers are the Monsters of the Mid Valley. The skill postions are contributing the points. QB #10 is among area leaders in total offense. He passes too! 11 for 11 with 3 TDs in last game. Fantastic. Keep it going Titans!

    • Boycott lancerito

You got a lot of heart. I respect that. You have fought hard for your titans and have taken plenty of ridicule. My hat is off to your titans.

    • AMAT 73

Honestly I don’t see a 15th or better ranking for you until the MTown game . Your team is playing well and are ranked #4 in the Mid Valley by CIF so you are getting props by them . These rankings are really tough to figure out as to how and why you move or do not move . As the saying goes , you’ve got to make a name for youself , so beat MTown and that should get you the respect you are looking for on these rankings or maybe not because some of the teams in front of you need to lose also . If SM is all you say they are it seems it can be done .
