Nothing is obvious in the Pac 5, especially when dealing with the Trinity league teams, good luck to Amat though.

The Harry Welch Don’t Pass bet might be a good wager here but if you boys are smart you’ll keep your money in your pocket.

Amat has the talent this year . Going to be a lot of new faces making first varsity start. We know what the returning players can do . Key to Amats success is all the new class of 16 players . Santa margarita has a big O line and an elite Qb with a year experience now .good luck to the Lancers .

I saw SM in passing league this summer and Costello looks really good. Plus they have Sweet at WR, and he tore up Amat last year. And yes their OLine is always huge. I’m not sure Amat can pull out the same miracle out in the OC that they pulled at Keifer. My concern is that Garcia is just an average passer. I’m not sure he’ll be able to get the ball to his speedy receivers with the pressure he is going to face from SM. I do agree that Amat has a lot of talent, but they really haven’t played as a unit yet. I see Amat struggling in the first few games as a team, looking for its’ identity, but they will improve as the season progresses and the games count in league. Good luck Amat in the OC, make the SGV proud.

The SGV homers are wrong once again. This was a close game but Margarita is clearly the worst team in the Trinity. I can’t see them beating anyone in league, JSerra included. I can’t believe how atrocious the special teams play was. Looked like a frosh team out there.
