First topic would be west co…Their Defense is very Fast. They get after it. Shutting out LA was a huge statement. However, LA really played horrible…they have no discipline what so ever. What hurts them is they have no quick strike ability. They can’t make up for mistakes.

I really wonder how good they would be with noodles. I feel bad for noodles because he played the transfer game, and came out of the short end of the stick. Dbar most likely will not make the playoffs. If he was at wesco…he would be the all purpose threat. He got caught holding the bag after DB’s mass exodus.

It looks like Crespi is going to take it home and win the Serra. They are going to beat Alemany. Amat will finish 2nd if they win out. Their first round matchup is going to be winnable, no matter who they play. I don’t think they will get the Trinity #2. That’s the only type of team that can upset Amat. Will Amat get a 1st round home game?

Glendora is extremely confident right now. It looks like no one can beat them…I have not heard the Trib stamp them as the “untouchable” team in the Central yet…However their Fans believe this Division is in the bag.. We will see says #3

I don’t feel a bit sorry for kids like Noodles. He found out that the grass isn’t always greener on the other side.

      • GP AKA Green Machine

He’s a kid. I am sure it was not totally his Idea, and if it was, Mom and Dad should have thought about the big picture…pros and cons. It also goes to show you…no one player can carry a team. As good as he is…he has not made a winning difference. A red flag for anyone transferring would be transferring to a school that has a ton a transfer kids. If those transfers don’t work out…this is result.

        • Joe

GP, I do feel sorry for him because he got suckered in by the Snoop circus and then the whole circus left town their senior season. Maybe the other transfers(except Cordell) knew about this coach and that is why they bailed but Noodles couldn’t afford to risk another transfer so he was stuck.

          • GP AKA Green Machine

That’s my point….he is too good not to be playing for the title shot this season. After missing a Jr Season, he is having a lack luster season. Scouts my not be as interested as they were after his soph year. I expect him to get a late offer, but he is missing a lot of tape. Snoop is a millionaire and money talks…you should not try to keep up with the “Jones” or the Broadus Family either. I wish him the best, and I hope he enjoys the last two games…

          • OuttaYourMindTrib

Sucks for Noodles. He should have chosen his “friends” a little more wisely. Tough lesson to learn when getting college paid for is on the line. Honestly though, his mom and dad should be slapped for even attempting a transfer under those circumstances. If I recall, many in here called it – said “don’t do it” when the rumors were flying.
If he can get into a solid JuCo program like SAC or Chaffey and make an impact there, he’s got a good shot at going on to a D1. Or he can always play the walk-on game.

          • GP AKA Green Machine

I think he will get a D1 offer…I am sure His coach being from New York, should have some East coast Contacts…A school like UConn or Rutgers, could use a player like Hull…It’s just cold…my intentions were not diss the kid. All he wants to do is play football, in which he is very good at. However, Parents have to know that you only get 4 years… Losing one or two hurts

        • MoreKetchup

What a change a whole year makes. Right around this time last year, people were still pounding Coach M for even checking the box on the forms.

I do feel bad for Noodles though. Moves to play a postition he thought he wasn’t getting at Westco, with the big names, and ends up being stuck with the laughing stock of the new Palomares. On the other hand, West Covina are the favorites to win the Hacienda while getting really strong Central division seeding. While West Covina would be much stronger with Noodles on the squad, they proved that it was Hull that need WC, not the other way around. I hope he gets an offer somewhere to show his true potential though, because every single person on here knows he has a ton of it.

          • FT

Laughing stock that’s correct. It’s hard to blame kids when coaches are at fault. The OC who quit week 6 left these boys out to dry. He wasn’t the best either. Can’t expect noodles to carry the team but that guy did. Worst problem with D bar is they shoot themselves. They commit turnovers like you get points for them. 3 year starters from pre noodles era don’t get the ball returning senior starters get benched and the coaches let the QB play WR…any pop warner coach could do better with this team. They need a serious lesson in ball security and play calling and spreading out the carries..hope the coaching staff gets canned Don’t care though my son is graduating.

          • Tony Guzman

From what I can tell. The coaches are dealing with injuries, bad parents in the stands, and a senior class that is filled with talent but lack leadership. Tyler Brown was the best player on the team last year and this year it’s Noodles. And again… why waste the Peterson kid at QB to throw to only one supreme weapon on the field? Any kid can come in a throw the ball to someone like Tyler and Noodles to let the real players make plays. I don’t know who your son is but maybe he will be happy playing behind other better players wherever he goes… if he does indeed end up making a good team. And if he is a senior then he really must not be good if he isn’t getting the ball fed to him.

I’ve been following this team since Maine took over and I can’t say that Maine would do anything different. Maybe the method would be different but results would be the same.

        • OuttaYourMindTrib

Smart parents don’t let kids make those kinds of decisions. I don’t routinely question what parents do with their kids. Few know them better than they do. But if they let him make that decision… all I can do is LMAO. The question now is will he bounce back from this experience? We’ll have to hope see. There’s a more that reasonable chance he’s going to have to go from a JuCo. Not entirely a bad option, but it makes for a tougher road to hoe.
Good luck kid. You’re going to need it.

          • Nomoredrama

Hopefully this young man does not fall prey to the many doubters of his and his family’s decision to transfer. Who is to say he will not receive any scholarship offers? If he doesn’t, hopefully he and his family are aware of the California Showcase that will be held at the Stubhub Center on 02/21/2015. It is a one day free event where unrecruited players are showcased for D2, D3 and NAIA recruiters. Much luck to this young man and any other players who may be in this same situation.

      • AMAT 73

        ifbf,
I guess discus didn’t eat this post . What a difference a win makes.

      • http://bishopamat.org/ Joe Amat

I just feel sorry that kids like Noodles have adults in their life that buy into that transfer game and encourage or allow it to happen. You’re right, the grass is not always greener (I’m sure no Snoop pun intended)

      • Not So Fast My Friend

I remember having this conversation. I’m guessing he and his parents made a rash decision based on whatever was going on at West Covina. That’s unfortunate because there were probably options with regard to talking to the coach about their concerns. I’m going to opt that they did and it wasn’t to Noodles or his parent’s liking. But you’re right, the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. Sometimes it’s filled with noxious weeds. 🙂

    • Valley Athletics

Serra is also going to win out. So if amat , crespi and Serra wins out there will be a coin flip .

      • GP AKA Green Machine

Which means someone’s going to go in as 3rd place team…Bad for the # first place team, and bad for the 1 loss 3rd place team.

        • last picked

there are going to be some very interesting match ups in the first round. the seeding for the Pac 5 is going to very interesting as well. Does the Trinity pull 3 seeds based on PAC 5 rankings? Does the winner of the Mission league leap frog Centennial or Poly ?

          • GP AKA Green Machine

I think Poly should be jumped. They are a pac 5 team playing in a southeast league. Centennial, has showed they are a top team. Depending on the flip or standingsThe mission #1 if unseeded my have to play the Trinity #3 or at large team….every 2nd place team is hoping to get Norco, lakewood or St Bonnies, if you are the 3rd place team.you want Westlake or poly….If BA finishes third…they will have to play a number one. Let’s hope it’s westlake…I don’t like Amat’s chances against poly on the road. Plus Poly might break out some gold jerseys so amat can’t wear their lucky brand.

          • http://bishopamat.org/ Joe Amat

The Five 1st place teams will get the At Large and Four 3rd place teams, which means one 2nd place team will get a 3rd place team and there should be a couple second-place teams matched up in the 1st round.
Remember though – after the first 4 its not about seeding as it is just keeping playoff teams away from league opponents, rematches, etc

          • AramT

If Amat wins league, it’s hoping for Moore League or Big VIII also-rans in the first round. What you don’t want is the at-large if it’s from the Trinity or the Trinity No. 3.

          • AMAT 73

            GP,
We beat Chaminade in Blue jerseys so we can win with any combo of uniforms . It’s the players inside the uniforms that count .

          • http://bishopamat.org/ Joe Amat

there are always “interesting” match ups in the first round of the Pac5

          • last picked

I think more so this year with the overall strength of the Trinity and Mission leagues. I f they went to power ratings or more fbs style to get into the playoffs you would have probably the entire Trinity in, most of the Mission in with Centennial and Poly rounding it out.

          • http://bishopamat.org/ Joe Amat

I think it’s that way every year. There has only been one year in the Hagerty era when the Serra/Mission and Trinity were not 1-2 in California (2010 when South Coast was 2 and Serra was 3). Top to bottom the leagues are great yearly

        • http://bishopamat.org/ Joe Amat

Do you mean bad for the Mission 1st place team, or whatever 1 or 2 that gets them? Certainly bad for a 1 loss Co-Champ going in as a 3rd place team.

          • GP AKA Green Machine

            you articulated that perfectly.

    • Real talk

Lol… Wow it’s sooo clear to you on the outcome. I wonder if I asked you two games into the season if Amat would be in the position their in and Alemany would be out of the picture. What would have been your answer? How about this Amat plays one game at a time and the rest is will take are of its self.

      • GP AKA Green Machine

Originally, I thought this team was going to be fab…then they struggled, now they have a chance to finish Tied for 1st or 2nd at worse, if they take care of biz. Amat could lose and be out the picture totally too. I think they will win the next two. If Crespi losses to chaminade, and the other 4-1 teams lose..they could be in first alone….we will see.

        • Valley Athletics

crespi beat chaminade last week . They have alemany in 2 weeks .

          • Real talk

Does alemany have a injury at RB? I don’t see how people had them winning league with the QB alone.

          • Valley Athletics

There Qb went down against Serra early .

    • fast freddy

I have not seen Amat play this year, but I did see Crespi last Friday nite. Hats off to Amat for staying with Crespi! Crespi is very talented with great running backs—They look and play like De La Salle—very disciplined with terrific coaching. To me, this makes Amat head and shoulders above anything in the SGV. I love to watch the lower division schools–that said, the PAC-5 is on another level.

      • GP AKA Green Machine

Another Level Smevel….Amat has to win the first round game. That has been a huge monkey on their back. Everyone in the SGV is rooting for them…

        • AMAT 73

          GP,
Man you are really letting your feelings show this season on AMAT . I know as well as you that we have not done anything yet . But we do have a solid team that yes started a bit slow but has jelled to be one of the top teams in the PAC-5 and CIF . We will worry about the playoffs when that time comes , but for now you can’t knock what FF has posted .

          • GP AKA Green Machine

No no no… totally want Amat to shine on the D1 level, if they look good the SGV looks good. SGV football is view as mid level to lower level football, to those in other areas, and that is because A. we only have on D1 team. B. that team which is Amat, has not been winning in the playoffs. Because i say that, does not mean I hate Amat or don’t want to do them well. If you are going to carry the banner you have to be able to accept the highest praise and the criticism. When Amat wins a big game…it’s huge, however the let down is equally as bad when Amat is project to have a great class, and they don’t win a playoff game in their careers. Just saying he we competed…is something you hear at Mt View or Bassatt. Over time I think the true definition of “competing” in your division winning playoff games. Look all the teams in the lower divisions over the last 5 years who have not won a playoff game. Are they really competing?

          • http://bishopamat.org/ Joe Amat

Here’s the deal GP, Amat is pretty comfortable in their own skin. While everybody is screaming “1st Round…Not Since 95…Relief!” We’re doing just fine. They used to scream “2nd Round Jinx!”. Whatever.

Now, nobody wants to win anymore than the guys in that locker room, but I do know we would rather fight like crazy in the 3rd best league in the Nation to get into the playoffs and then scrape and claw in the toughest division in the entire United States of America to win a game or two or four than cruise through league, play a round or two of games we’re absolutely supposed to win in the playoffs and then maybe face a bit of a challenge in the semis or finals.

I do know that if we had those magical “10 scholarships” you guys were saying we needed, that would be the first question I’d ask the kids and families.

If they said they’d rather be in a weaker division and win a championship than be in the toughest division and have to fight and struggle against the best just for wins…I’d go find different kids.

          • GP AKA Green Machine

I don’t think amat is comfortable with their winning percentage in the playoffs over the last 8 years. I don’t care who plays in weaker division. their is a lot of pressure on this coach, and class to produce results. They have to make a push with this class. That’s all…no way to smooth that over .

          • http://bishopamat.org/ Joe Amat

Do you bother to read anything? Nowhere in that post did I mention one other team that we are better than. And I’m sorry, as much as you all try, you can’t really compare the success of programs across divisions. We can try for kicks and hits, but you may think you know – you have no idea.

You can’t compare the GPA of a Biology major at Harvard to a PE major at Cal State LA. You just can’t.

The PE major’s going to learn what they learn, have a good experience (or not) and good for them. The same with the Harvard student. Two different experiences. But put them in the same resume pile and I’m pretty confident I know which one gets the interview a vast majority of the time.

          • GP AKA Green Machine

Moving to “How sweet it is”….

            Thanks,

          • Nomoredrama

I think your analogy is a little off. Why would a Biology major and a Phys Ed major be applying for the same position in the first place? Unless neither can find a job in their respective fields, in which case, they are both out of their elements, maybe over qualified and under qualified, which might eventually even the playing field, and netiher gets the interview, LOL!

          • http://bishopamat.org/ Joe Amat

Actually, the analogy is pretty spot on. These days a PE major is essentially Kinesiology – which is a lower form of Biology with a little PE mixed in. Google it

          • Nomoredrama

Don’t have to Google it, Kinesiology is not a lower form of Biology, it has it’s own degree program. It is associated with careers in sports trainer/medicine, coaching and phys ed., which are human sciences. Biology is the study of all living things and is not specific to human health.

          • http://bishopamat.org/ Joe Amat

However, you could see how careers could overlap in the health field, and also lead to graduate degrees or careers in Athletic Training or Physical Therapy. You’d also be surprised how many Kinesiology majors are teaching Biology or in the Science department. Hence the analogy.

But the greater point that you strayed from is I’d rather my son or daughter struggle at Harvard than cruise at Cal State LA

          • Nomoredrama

Oh I didn’t stray from your point, I dissected your insulting comment and chose to disagree with your last sentence. That’s all….

          • http://bishopamat.org/ Joe Amat

So we’re clear, since it was “insulting you must be saying you CAN compare the GPA of a Biology major at Harvard to a PE major at Cal State LA in order to evaluate the kind of student they are?

If the Cal State LA student has a higher GPA than the Harvard biology student that must mean they’re a better student. That’s what you’re saying – right?

          • Nomoredrama

Don’t put words in my mouth, I did not address anyone’s GPA nor the kind of student they may be. I gave my opnion on your last sentence regarding the “resume pile”. And, because I did not address your entire comment, does not imply I agree with any of it.

          • http://bishopamat.org/ Joe Amat

was trying to discern what about it was “insulting” to you?

          • Nomoredrama

“You must be saying….” is putting words in my mouth, regardless of the punctuation mark at the end. So, let’s just agree to disagree.

          • http://bishopamat.org/ Joe Amat

…and “That’s what you’re saying – right?” makes it a question of clarification, not a statement.

What are we disagreeing on again? That was the question.

Go Los Altos! Beat the Panthers!

          • Nomoredrama

Ok, so, now you have brought the Los Altos vs DRanch game into it, LOL! I am commenting as an individual, I do not “represent” the DRanch football team or program. I do cheer them on as my youngest is an alum. Nevertheless, tonight shall be a fun night of high school football!

          • http://bishopamat.org/ Joe Amat

I figured I’d throw something out there we could really disagree on since you’re either dancing around the issue – or agree with everything I wrote.

  • New York

Is Coach Maddox helping South Hills turn the ship around?

  • Tan K Solot

No way CO beats WC unless they fix the turn over and penalty problem. Or maybe if WC matches them in those 2 categories. Hard to watch even when they win.
    Come on Chargers!

    • GP AKA Green Machine

Well…actually, each matchup is different. Echols was out verses LA. CO was not able to keep them off balance, and we know power running is not their style. You will see CO play like they played against Glendora…..and i’ll tell you right now now….WC Lb’s and Secondary had a tough time staying with LA WR. CO’s WR and QB combo are much better. WC is the fav’s but not by much in this one. WC does not have this one in the bag.

      • MoreKetchup

West Covina’s secondary, while not playing exactly perfect, were able to prevent any real big plays from emerging. They kept LA gains small. Did you see Busby’s hit on a LA WR in the endzone, saving a TD? That was really highlight reel worthy and a true barometer in the toughness of WC’s entire defense.

        • GP AKA Green Machine

Like I said…LA has to be one of the worst passing teams out for the “Decent to Great” Teams in the Central. CO’s WR are going to get some chances to make plays…It’s one thing to Tee of and cover when you know the QB is not good, and wr are not fast and can’t catch. When you have Echols coming out the backfield…it’s not the same a #32 for LA…that could be 6 points…Best believe Farrar saw that!

      • Fight ON #9

Well said. CO was terrible against LA and LA was horrible against WC. The matchup is: if CO’s ” little chargers” offensive line can hold the big bulldogs ‘D -line’ and if WC secondary can slow down the high powered skilled players of Charter Oak. Nash, Castel, and Echols are a lot to handle all at once. If Brown gets time and CO protects the ball WC will have a long night on their own field. Final score 21-10 CO with the upset.

      • Bulldogs have bite

If you say limiting Los Altos to 94 yards passing and 0 points a “tough time”, I think your expectations of doing good are a bit high. West Covina put eight men in the box to stuff the run. Los Altos was allowed to dink and dunk between the 20’s, but they did not complete any passes in the Red Zone. In the second half West Covina adjusted to the short passing game and did not allow Los Altos beyond midfield for the entire 2nd half. One of our linebackers, who according to you had trouble covering LA’s receivers happened to step in front of one of the said receivers to intercept the ball and ice the game.

LA is one of the few schools we have faced that have the offensive line to slow down our pass rush. If CO’s Offensive line is as small as advertised, they will have trouble giving their QB time to connect with their receivers. West Covina’s defense currently have the number 1 and 2 top sack leaders in the Central Division, and they have the athletes on the outside that can match CO’s athletes step for step.

        • GP AKA Green Machine

Those dinks and dunks gained substantial yardage.Like I said, the little daylight Echols gets could be 6…I know love is back there to run him down, but still….

          • Bulldogs have bite

West Covina knows how to deal with gamebreakers, they see it in practice every afternoon when the D lines up against the starting offense.

WC will just have to eat clock on offense to limit CO’s touches on offense and keep them from establishing a rhythm. It will be interesting to see if CO can stop our defensive line and keep their QB clean. I think if the game is close in the fourth quarter, WC will have grinded down CO’s smaller defensive line and control the quarter and win the game.

          • GP AKA Green Machine

WC can’t throw the ball like CO can, not even in practice. WC does not have an elusive runner like Echols. They have very physical guys, but no Echols. Talent wise, he is similar to guys like Frazier, Solomon and Lee. If west co had that kind of backfield, they would easily be number 1 in the Central right now. WC is good and is in the hunt for the title. But don’t down play CO’s playmakers. They still got a few over there.

          • Bulldogs have bite

If you think West Covina doesn’t have an elusive runner like Echols, then you haven’t been paying attention very well.

Echols numbers this year are not very eye popping as to date. That’s not saying he is not very talented, because he is. It’s saying that the team around him is not giving him the help he needs to showcase his talents and athleticism. 4.5 yards a rush and 12.8 yards average per catch are very pedestrian numbers.

West Covina has at least a half dozen rushers who average over 5.0 yards a carry with over 150 yards for the season. Our sophomore running back Henry Martinez is as elusive as they come and he averages 6.9 per carry!

WC does not need to throw the ball like CO can. The question is, can CO throw the ball like they do against WC’s defense? Don’t down play West Covina’s playmakers either. I suggest you go visit Hudl and watch Isaiah Love’s or Henry Martinez’s highlights. I’m sure you will want to retract your second sentence after doing so.

          • Fight ON #9

First of all: you’re comparing apples to oranges. WC does have some good athletes but they don’t have anyone close to the talent level of Echols. WC running backs have put up great stats against schools like Wilson who have a tough time defending the wingT offense.(or any offense). It far different when you are Echols and every OC is focused on stopping you. You say his stats are not eye popping they look better when the level of competition and the times of the game he makes plays. They face nothing like him in practice or in a game thus far. He is a Covina kid, he has been running over these same kids since he was 8 years old and most of them have no memory of every stopping him. I would bet money that WC’s DC is up late breaking down film on how to stop him and from what I hear he may not even play. That’s talent!

          • Bulldogs have bite

I think Isaiah Love is every bit as talented as Echols without all the hype. West Covina just does not need to give him the rock every down because we do have other guys who can make plays. Echols is talented like I said before, but I think his average numbers come from the weak support he gets from his undersized line. No way a guy as talented as him gets bottled up even against strong competition if only he had a somewhat decent offensive line blocking for him. I hope he does play because I would love to watch him play!

If anybody’s DC is losing sleep, it’s Charter Oak’s. He hasn’t figured out how to stop anybody this year not named Walnut.

The Loves are very talented… We watched those kids play on title teams and blossom at the D Hawks. Zilla is playing RB because of the offense…. He is natural DB(very good), and plays WR(drops a few easy ones every now and then) when it’s 3rd and long. That’s enough scouting report info. Echols is a Tailback all the way and by far will be the best RB on the field Friday night. Nowadays, very few teams have a do it all back. They have 2-3 guys with different skills to get it done. CO needs a pounding back to compliment Echols and to compensate for the lack of a big line…but for some reason, very few high school coaches give their TB a FB to take on the first defender through the Gap. I like the spread and/or zone read for certain situations, but as an offense I don’t like it. I don’t like a team that runs the wing totally, If you can run the wing, you run out of the pro set…. West co only runs 1 passing play, over and over again when they have to pass. CO should be trying to get as many blockers in front of Echols as they can, give him a chance to get lose. I see echols catching passes out the backfield…or lining up in the slot against a backer in empty. I don’t know CO’s offense, but it better be a whole lot of Echols.

Love is good not as good as Echols. Period. You may think it’s hype but like you said undersized o line and he still gets loose. Since you haven’t seen him play your statement makes no sense. Good luck to WC. But CO is bringing a whole lot more than just Echols. It’s going to be a long night for West Co.

          • Bulldogs have bite

I’ve seen enough video of Echols on hudl, I don’t think I need to follow him from birth like you have to know how good he is.

Good luck to CO. WC will be sending the tiny show ponies home without a win Friday night.

CO is a different team with Zion Echols, saw them against Glendora. They will not be the same team that lost to LA. With Echols back in the line up along with Nash and Casteel, they will match up well and test our back seven. WC needs pressure on the qb. I hope I’m wrong, but I think this game will come down to the 4th qtr, CO may not be big like they usually are, but they are skilled and tough, I’ve seen them against WC too many times to think lightly of them, old Farrar and Lehigh will have some tricks up their sleeve, guaranteed.

      • Tan K Solot

Dan, then you know how hungry your Bulldogs must be. It’s been a while since they have beat CO. I haven’t seen WC play yet this season. Not sure what we’re in for. Sounds pretty formidable though.
Yeah, that CO team that played LA – who were those guys?

  • Real talk

I’ve never liked bye weeks for Amat.. But the boys needed the rest and healing up time. Loyola will always bring it when they play Amat sooo it’s best we come out focused on playing 4qrts of mistake free football and swarming to the ball on defense. I wouldn’t be surprised if there is a so called upset in the Mission league Friday night this is a league where on any given night one can beat the other. GO AMAT.

    • AMAT 73

      rt,
Agreed , this to date will be our toughest game . After the bye week we have not played our best ball . Need to have a great week of practice and stay focused .

TONY GUZMAN, YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS ! YOU SOUND LIKE AN IDIOT ! THERE IS PLENTY OF TALENT AT DIAMOND BAR ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE TEAMS WE HAVE BEEN PLAYING, THE COACH GAVE UP ON THIS TEAM A LONG TIME AGO THAT IS OBVIOUS ! DIAMOND BAR WAS THE MORE TALENTED TEAM IN ALMOST EVERYGAME THIS YEAR ! QUIT MAKING EXCUSES FOR A RIDICULOUS COACH ! TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE DB HAD A GUY READY TO TAKE OVER THE PROGRAM WHO RAN THE OFFENSE AT UCLA AND SF 49ERS AND THEY HIRE THIS DUDE ! WHAT A SHAME, I FEEL SORRY FOR THE KIDS ON THIS TEAM THEY DESERVE BETTER, YOU MAKE IT SOUND LIKE FOOTBALL IS ROCKET SCIENCE, IT’S NOT, PLAYING DECENT DEFENSE AND USE THE TALENT YOU HAVE TO MAKE A COUPLE OF PLAYS ON OFFENSE THIS TEAM WOULD AT LEAST BE COMPETITIVE ! RIGHT NOW THEY AREN’T COMPETITIVE AT ALL ! THEY SHOULD AT LEAST BE 6-2 EASILY THEY ARE LOSING TO TEAMS THAT ARE SUBPAR ! YOU KEEP MENTIONING INJURIES GUESS WHAT THATS PART OF FOOTBALL NEXT MAN IN NEEDS TO STEP UP ! YOU ARE SOO CLUELESS ! YOU KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT FOOTBALL.

    • Tony Guzman

Saying next man needs to step up shows you know nothing. It’s okay. When DB is winning and in the top 5 in their division in the future, I’m sure all these negative people won’t bother saying a peep on these blogs.

tell me ONE team that has suffered 5 injuries on one side of the ball, and 5 on the other and have won. This coaching staff is fine. This is team will get better.

    • P.A.T.

And you fool know nothing about blog etiquette…..quit typing with all caps. What are you a third grader? Gezz.

I still do not understand the play calling that Diamond bar runs. They have a QB that passed a record the pass few years and still have at least 3 receivers he can throw to. I think he is running the wrong offense and calls for this team.
