Looks like the Foothill Cities Blog is getting under Monrovia's skin.

Member Adams' firm makes about $20,000 off Ochoa's home purchase and the City refuses to release any of the related public records...even though they are required to under the law.

But there not keeping any "secrets".....c'mon.
