I just noticed the very large amount of public notices that cities put in the San Gabriel Valley Tribune and had a few questions? 1)How much are the cities charged for this? 2)Has this "contract" been won in a bid process? 3) Most importantly has the tribune ever raised or lowered the fee for this in the past few years?
