All those foothill cities acting like the foothill extension WILL be built reminds me of Hillary Clinton's campaign: She kept talking and acting as though her nomination was inevitable, even after she fell behind Obama in the delegate count.

Doesn't look like it's going to turn out too well for her. We'll have to wait and see how it turns out for the foothill cities.
