Marko Mlikotin, a spokesman for the California Alliance to Protect Private Property Rights — which heavily backed Prop. 98 and Baldwin Park-based group CARA — sent the Trib this letter today.

Apparently members of CARA will be reading the letter at the Baldwin Park City Council Meeting tonight.
