What’s West Covina’s financial outlook for 2008-09? Hopefully it’s better than what is out of Pico Rivera, which is reporting an $8 million deficit.

I’ll find out Tuesday at the West Covina’s council meeting. This will be my first West Covina council meeting since the recent reshuffling. I’m hoping West Covina’s meetings are as entertaining as those in Rosemead. Click here for a copy of WC’s agenda.
