There may be Moe fatigue, but the escape of the area’s favorite chimp  is still one of the top read stories on our Web site today. And I can see why when there are quotes like this:

The owners of Moe are West Covina residents. I wonder if anyone will bring up Moe at the West Covina City Council meeting tonight.
