He's baaaack

Pomona resident and Baldwin Park businessman Greg Tuttle has been back at City Hall, jumpstarting efforts to get his recall going -- again.

You may remember a story that ran earlier this week detailing the city's rejection of the recall effort, citing election code violations.

Well, according to Deputy City Clerk Laura Nieto, Tuttle submitted some new documents to the city Wednesday.

"He submitted ... two sets of the blank petition for each council member he is attempting to recall. It was essentially the same information he had originally submitted, with proof of publication attached to the petition."

Nieto said those blank petitions are essentially the petitions that Tuttle wants to circulate for signatures to initiate the recall.

According to the official notice ( recallreject.pdf) sent to the proponents of the recall last week, it seems those blank petitions and that proof of publication were exactly the documents that were missing....

So we'll see what happens next.

This is going to be so good. I can't wait for the outcome. After all that time, effort and money is spent and this recall goes no were because the people of Baldwin Park decided so. Let's see what our recall writer is up to next. Maybe he'll want to be Mayor.

What I find the most amusing about Tuttle is that his writing style (and I use the term "writing" EXTREMELY loosely) is so "unique" and dysfunctional, that no matter how many aliases he uses, no matter what Blog he's posting on, one can always tell IMMEDIATELY which posts are his.

Unless he gets help with the recall papers FAST, he'll be chasing his tale filing, getting rejected, ranting about how unfair it is and vowing to continue, filing, getting rejected, and on and on and on.

I can't wait to hear his next nonsensical rant on the live feed of the meeting. "Greg Tuttle, Bidness owner, I employ three employees that live in the city, I pay taxes, I give pocket change to the homeless guy on the corner who I think is a resident too, my wife's second cousin was related to lucky baldwin..."
