Trail talk on Tuesday

Rosemead city council members will revisit the Rosemead Park Trail Enhancement discussion at its meeting on Tuesday. Earlier this month, the council voted to reject all bids for a park improvement project, which included adding a jogging trail and tai chi pads at Rosemead Park, and consider partnering with the El Monte Joint Union High School District and come up with a facility for the public at the Rosemead High. 

This time around, council is asking just how the council wants it to modify the trail, and whether the council wants to pursue a partnership with Rosemead High considering that the school district doesn't appear to have the funds.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. on Tuesday. Here is the agenda.
