What a dump

Last week, I took a tour with West Covina City Manager Andrew Pasmant and city spokeswoman Sue Williams of the BKK Landfill site.

You couldn't tell from driving along Azusa Avenue, but there is a lot of land with great views back there.

This is the same site where they are considering placing an 18-hole golf course.
