My vote is for Pico!!!
Both are bad, but Pico Rivera's is pathetic. It sounds like you're in a Pinkberry, without the wonderful tasting treat.
I think it's a matter of taste. Pico's is almost like very-early work by Depeche Mode, like the "Speak & Spell" era before Martin Gore wrote any of the songs. The Industry one takes me back to the 80s as well, but only this time I'm watching the local news and I'm being told who does what on the broadcast. Think "Anchorman" about 5 later.
