After carefully reading the report it is clear that Officer Ogas and Sgt. Pernell did not like the fact that Bejarano was verbally involved with the questioning of his friend. Sgt. Pernell states in the report that Bejarano, "interrupted again" and he asked Officer Ogas if he was going to arrest Bejarano. Do not question the actions of the police when they are present or expect to be taken away.
