West Covina wrap-up
About an equal number of residents spoke in support of and in opposition to a proposed overnight parking restriction that could be imposed on the city streets. The City Council approved the ordinance 5-0 last night, although the city will consider whether to impose fees at a later date.
Also at the meeting last night the council approved a cell tower for Shadow Oak Park, and it also voted to deny an appeal made by a property owner who illegally converted his garage into a bedroom.
I think it's sad we can't allow a dude to convert his garage into a pimped out bedroom, but give zone changes and multiple variances to big developers who load our council's war chests every election season.
West Covina Watcher then you have to allow all 25,000 homes to do the same, so I disagree with you. However every councilmember was willing to work with the guy to build a garage which will take atleast 1 if not 2 variances and a tract map amendment for 1 house. The other project you mention was for 24 houses for 7 variances, so its very similar notttt!!! West Covina Watcher and Councilmember Roger Hernandez are both for people living in their garages. I guess you think maybe this may increase property values? I know a majority of the residents don't want this in West Covina. The City of Wesst Covina voted this down when the state tried to force cities to allow second units at every single family home.

Concerning the person who cannot even come up with a original blog name; of course they do not have an original name, they do not even have original thoughts. They just spew the Touhey/Herfert spiel. This Council is only for something if they receive something for themselves. As for the parking restrictions between 2-6, what are the people going to do that live in the McIntyre developments that received the variance for the miimum amount of parking? I guess they need to go to either McIntyre or his son and have them ponie up some more money. FAT CHANCE!
People shouldn't be rewarded for breaking the rules. Where're all the guys with the converted garages parking their cars?

That says everything I need to know about you and your opinions! Instead of blogging so much, take some time so you and your husband can finally register to vote. Councilmember Roger Hernandez, Scum West Covina Watcher in Bold and yourself are for people living in their garages. All you do is spew Councilmember Roger Hernandez's thoughts. A majority of the so called Concerned Citizens for West Covina rarely vote or are not registered or worst case may not be able to vote! There's a reason a majority of Councilmember Roger Hernandez's commissioners are unemployed and have spotty voting records, does the word losers come to mind!
I would love to pimp out my living room with pictures of our councilwomen!

Spell check more not mor, who's the real DUMMY? Do you need Paz's number to register to vote. Who's room was Paz going to stay in Roger's or his brother Jamie's? Or does his brother really live there? He's registered there! Roger didn't know that she (Paz- voter fraud girl) was going to rent a room like she said? It would seem like the owner of the condo would know who's renting and who's not. So Council Member Roger Hernamdez paid his Campaign Manager Paz (voter fraud girl) $6,000.00 plus dollars with Campaign Donations, then she was going to pay him rent with her income? That's a interesting way to wash Campaign Donations! Was she(Paz-voter fraud girl)late with rent? Is that why she was being abused by Council Member Hernandez before the Police showed up?
