Charles Co. owner Arman Gabay has pushed developments all over the San Gabriel Valley.

It seems he (or one of his staff members) got a little confused when they sent this letter to South El Monte about a property in “La Puente.”

    This is very interesting because a individual named Sarah Withers was helping groups against Bisno get him out of town. I wonder if her boss has a inside track into Baldwin Park city or she was trying to open the door so her boss could ride into town. It seems to be a very small world doesn’t it Sarah and now I know why your company never helped financially in the fight against bisno your company a developer wanted it’s hands clean just give out all the resources to put bisno out of town by selecting the proper attorneys and consulting firms.     ps Don’t look for any help from these groups you used to fight a fight to help your company in the future if Charles Co. wants in town.

    Charles Company has their hands everywhere in the SGV. They not only are busy in West Covina, they have a Councilman working as a consultant for their company!

    If you have more insight to this company’s dealings I would love to hear it. I suspect the councilman your talking about MR. broker himself MIKE T.. He has very good ties with Lozano in Baldwin Park I still remember the Wal Mart deal.
