Bye, bye Bisno

| | Comments (8) |

I wrote this story for today's paper about Bisno Development Co. pulling out of the Baldwin Park redevelopment project. Apparently, Bisno is the latest victim of a faltering economy.

Looks like opponents of the project finally got what they wanted - though it seems residents can't cry victory just yet. First of all, there is a possibility Bisno could come back in the future.

Second of all, hopes of any development project in the downtown area anytime soon are likely going to take a back seat to the tanking economy. That means no face-lift of any kind.

The first step was get bisno out of the picture for now then next to get rid of council to develop for the real citizens here. The maps and recent ordinances can all change and bisno can sit out there waiting for his lost money from a big developer who isn't going to touch this project in a big form but that's why we have attorneys to question contracts made by illiterate officials.

Tuttle (aka Cletus), I'm glad they didn't develop over the BP Adult School. Hopefully you can sign up at a grammar class and learn to form a coherent thought. Putz.

Good job writing like a idiot I'am sure that was after you had a few beers huh! Well look whose being a bad sport when you lose. Like the real citizens and business owners told you bisno and the council were the uneducated morons. We told you this was a idiot plan to begin with. This was 2 years wasted for everyone but all the leaders got raises out of it Vejay got the most with the police chief. I remember at many council meetings listening to the council say this is going to happen no matter what well you forgot the most important thing it's called MONEY. I think the council should save everyone the expense to recall you morons and just resign and let real leaders and business people run the city for the people. LOSERS

The B.P. project has been put on hold. Now let's see if our CARA business people step up to the plate like they say they would. Now's your chance. Put-up or shut-up. I really hope you guys can do it. But I'm quessing that your just going to end up crying,"they wouldn't let us". Are you going to fade away like your leader James Treasurer? What happened to him? Why don't you guys ever mention him? Strange. If you guys don't start putting something togather, time will go by and if your all wind, Bisno will be back to finish what they started. And your ship will have sailed. Good Luck.

I wanted to help with your confused statement James did not fade away but his health did. To the comment CARA doesn't function without James goes to show you don't know how the group works and that it is still marching forward to make sure no other developer like bisno gets in the city's pockets again that is not for the people. I wanted to answer the losers question which sounds like a stupid tony's comments who can't spell.
PLANS
1. Recall council they will never approve any plans they are out for revenge.
2. With the new leaders we will take away ordinances that were put in place to blight the city and we will get all the plans the business submitted in the last few years and let them redevelop their properties in a way to unblight their properties. The current council has done everything in it's power to heavily blight the city.
3. I want to let you know with the new council Bisno is finished in this town I know it's hard to lose but you were taken in by a man with no money and a council who was to stupid to see there was no money only front money to con the illiterate like you and the council.
4. With CARA and the citizens not in CARA and business owners we will rid the city of this group of phonies who have for a number of years run this city in the ground and put all their people in the right spots to run the city their crooked way.
5. CARA has nothing to prove to you or anyone else other than they are fighting for the people of B/P they don't have to prove anything look at the results. The mayor gives back owner occupied houses, bisno leaves for good, the council is getting recalled like it or not, the city is being sued for thousands of dollars for not supplying public information and e mails they are hiding i would say CARA and all the different groups helping are right on track to clean up the city government.
In conclusion about the only thing you bisno lovers have done is nothing when your ready to be on the winning side and quit being losers come sign up to help CARA educate the people that they are for them. I want you to remember one thing the council has lied all the way thru this project from day one and the good old saying what goes around comes around is very true. All the reports from the EIR to the water studies were falsified why do you think they never finished the report it was because CARA attorney served them notice on all the issues and guess what it all stopped that's why the development was never going thru and also he never had any money.
THE BIG QUESTION IS HOW MUCH DID BISNO STILL OWE THE CITY BEFORE HE QUIT????????????????

Calling people stupid and losers is really going to get you support. NOT. Seems what I wrote really got to you. Tuttle, your just flapping your lips. Do something. You don't like me. Ask me if I care. I'm not too crazy about you. You thing I'm going away. Quess again. If you really mean to do good for this city, Let's see it. I don't think so. But if I'm wrong, Good. As far as you being Mayor in this City. NOT. Try for council, now that would be interesting. But make no mistake Tuttle. We may not agree, but get personal with me and IT's ON. And if it's the window washer, Ditto. It would be better if we extended our hands. You call it.
