This photo op was very interesting to me, becasue as the PIO of a local city we usually send ribbon cutting and grand opening request for coverage to your newspaper, only to be met with the "we don't cover grand openings or ribbon cuttings, because the photos are staged." Well, if you look hard at page one, below the fold, you will see that you in fact did cover a ribbon cutting in La Puente. So, what is it. Do you or don't you? Or is it subjective.
