Kept in the Dark this explains Elsie and Tom Messman spotted voting history, If and when did they finally registered to vote? Why did this 55 Plus couple finally register to vote? Off Parole now? To lazy to register? Or were you busy eating mushrooms during to sixty's and never got around to register?

No h8 - I didn't see anyone mention Hernandez? That Elsie lady is pretty much out there you have to admit. Have you seen her yell at people?

Every time someone is seen as backing Hernandez's position, they get a drive-by hit piece comment about them posted to this blog.

If speaking in favor of Hernandez at a council meeting gets you slandered here, I think that says more about his opponents than it does about his supporters.

Speaking in favor? Elsie didn't speak in favor of Hernandez.... simply put she puts her self out there and acts like a fool, then she will get criticized. The crazy actions of some residents is unbelievable.

I have seen people agree with Hernandez and don't get slandered.

Talk about accountablility....

People who live in glass houses should not throw stones. In other words if you cannot express yourself in an intelligent and thoughtful way then you should not say anything. If you do not have an actual thought that has a purpose and is not vindictive you should not say anything. So for the majority of the above posters they should not say anything!

Your right!! That elsie lady should not open her mouth. Everytime she does she has no purpose and is only vindictive. what kind of nonsensical comment is she has been kept in the dark and fed manure?? What kind of life does she lead?? Scary!!!

Wasn't it Elsie who said it was to bad a Hernandez supported did not die in Vietnam? If you speak in public you have to be able to take the comebacks.

She told a person who does not support Hernandez too boad he did not die in Vietnam. What was upsetting is Hernandez did not come out against this statement. Everyone needs to calm down about what is going on in our city which is not life or death. Probably only a 100 people are aware of all this anyway. the other 116,000 people who live in the city seem to be getting by. Let's put this all in perspective.

If this wacky Elsie woman feels like a mushroom in the dark and eats manure someone should get her some help.

I am surprised she is in the dark. Doesn't Roger Hernandez tell her what is going on. Also, since she attend council meetings, she is right there and still does not have clue. She does some help.

After reading these blogs I'm concerned that someone could say such ridiculous statements and the press would print it. But my guess is the press thought this was pretty out there too and wanted us concerned residents to know what these Roger Hernandez supporters are truly like. And what kind of hateful and nasty individual this woman must be to tell someone who fought for our Country that they should have died in Vietnam? She should be thankful for the courageous men and women of our Country that have fought and given their lives and the ones that continue to fight for our freedoms that we enjoy. That's an insult to all Americans. She should be ashamed our herself. Too bad she's a West Covina resident.

Why in the world would someone say such terrible things about our veterans? If this Elsie hates our Country and our men and women in uniform, not to mention their sacrifices, than perhaps it's not only too bad she lives in WC but too bad she lives in our great Country.

Elsie Messman is one of the ones trying to divide our city. She told Lloyd Johnson a wounded Purple Heart Vietnam Veteran to go back to Vietnam and die. She's part of this crazy group Fred Sykes who killed his neighbors dog that was locked in a cage. Alfred Williams who blamed the City Council for how he has been treated for the last 66 years. He stated since he has been mistreated in life that he has a right to mistreat others like the city council and they should stay there and take it! Vietnam Veteran hater Elsie Messman. What is in the water on the southside? It's very sad they live in West Covina!!

Wow, how can this Elsie Messman person even face our Veterans? If she's such a hater of democracy and the ones that are their to defend it, then maybe she should go to Iraq or Afganistan and walk in their shoes. Bet she couldn't last a minute. Good ridence to bad rubbish!!!!!!!

Lloyd Johnson has been fooling people for over40 years. He gives Vietnam Vets a bad name. He knows how to minipulate the judicial system to get what he wants and is a kiss a-- to all the West Covina City Council.He is what you call an urban terrorist. If he doesn't like something he will do anything to get his point heard and recognized, be it lie, cheat, threaten with bodily harm, and stalk out innocent prey.He puts up an image of a concerned citizen, but if people actually knew him , they would want him out of their neighborhood.Take it from someone who knew him for over 30 years, he's white trash, and should have been in jail for his actions years ago.
