Back from jury duty ... for today

You got called in for jury selection for two days last week, and got called again this week? Or you got selected last week and now you're on a jury?

While your were out. In one of the sleaziest moves of the year, a gang of seven haters fired Chamber Director Gary Lawson. In an illegal move, in a backroom of the Chamber, with no notice to the entire Board, they ousted a longtime West Covina Principal, the Founder of Future America, and the revitalizer of the Chamber. I know two of the members were Miller and Lynberg. Lets find out the others and boycott their businesses. This is a cowardly act, I hope we can reverse this action.

So Chamber Member what's going on? Are you sure you have your facts straight? Why would anyone fire Gary Lawson? If all this is true why haven't we read about this in the paper yet? C'mon Jen may be out on jury duty but she would never let a story like that slip by her.

Not only Gary Lawson but also Monica Cabrera. Right after they did the Ribbon cutting at Bob's Big Boy where only one board member showed up to! Here's the Board members Yolanda Quarre(just fired from Queen of the Valley Foundation doesn't own a business or works for one), Mike Miller (doesn't own a business or works for one), Audrey Lynberg (Doesn't own a business or works for one), Tyra Mason (Doesn't own a business or works for one), Laura Santos (Royal Coaches), Nathan ???(Stellar Business Bank), Luis Chacon (Unemployed doesn't own a business or works for one lives off ex-wife. Is this a Board of Directors or the line at the Unemployment Office?

Gary Lawson is an upstanding guy. Why he would want to work for these people is baffling to me. I thought that chambers were to be comprised of business people, but if no one has a job how do they pay there dues???
