Covina City Hall is going to be closed every Friday in 2010, according to an announcement on the city’s Web site. The city is already closed every other Friday. We don’t know what brought the change, but we’ll check on it. I’m guessing its budget-related. Covina, like almost every city in the San Gabriel Vallley, faces tough budget decisions.
