David Beckham arrives Friday, but as noted Wednesday his replica jersey is here already.

The anticipation of Beckham's arrival is finally over and the excitement begins..
It would be a cliche to suggest that Beckham will be the savior of U. S. soccer, but it will give our sport some much needed visibility.

I agree...Beckham is nothing but Eye Candy. Take a look at his record. The man hasn't won anything since he moved to Spain (okay, Real Madrid DID win the championship, but Beckham wasn't even playing...as a matter of fact, it was the guy who replaced him on the field who scored for Madrid).
Then again, this is the US and you don't have to do anything worthwhile to be famous...
