Galaxy: Franklin Out

Galaxy defender Sean Franklin will be out 2-3 weeks with a sprained right medial-collateral ligament.

That's bad luck and timing indeed, since Dominguez can't play yet either.

Hope he gets well soon. We need the best G's defender this season urgently.

Now chances are higher of seeing Vanney/Xavier/Roberts play central defense = shudder...

If Franklin is out, then the Galaxy's defense is dead. Xavier can't defend worth a damn. Klein is slow and gets dispossessed easily. Vanney is way past his prime, as is Franchino. Jazic doesn't look as good as he did when the Galaxy first acquired him. Troy Roberts...Troy Roberts?!?!?
