SuperLiga Final Result: Pachuca at Chivas USA

The second half was as tepid as the first half was smoking hot, Pachuca running out winners, 2-1.

An Ante Razov header from 12 yards that almost slipped in the corner of the net and required the fingertips of Pachuca goalkeeper Miguel Calero to keep out was the offensive highlight five minutes into the half.

And that was about it.

From the hour mark on Pachuca essentially managed the game, keeping possession and wearing Chivas USA down. Pachuca's rearguard held (not that it was tested much) and with New England beating Santos Laguna 1-0 in the early game, Chivas USA find themselves in a tie at the basement of the group.

Back later with post-game reaction.
