David Beckham Reacts To Gullit's Departure and Lalas' Firing

David Beckham's publicist has issued a statement on today's events on behalf of Becks:

"He is sad to see Ruud and Alexi go, but he and the team remain focused on getting back to winning ways starting with the game against Chivas on Thursday."

Is it possible the AEG and Leiweke should just leave sports period? How can you possibly fail year after year in sports where making the playoffs is about as hard as making the phone book? Please, do us all a favor and just leave.
