No Solano?
Galaxy coach Rudd Gullit said it was unlikely the club would sign former Newcastle midfielder Nolberto Solano, citing salary cap and other restrictions.
``He's not coming, I don't think he's coming,'' Gullit said. ``I have to accept it.''

Ben, have you been watching the Galaxy, lately? Klein doesn't play in the midfield but as a right back -- where's he barely tolerable, at best. True, Klein does a great job of overlapping and increasing Beckham's offensive potential. But as a defender, Klein gets caught upfield too often, has little or no quickness and can easily get dispossessed one-on-one. Klein's defensive deficiencies, unfortunately, offset his offensive contributions. Besides, how many assists does Klein have, huh?
