A brief overview of both games.

However, contrary to the preview, it's my understanding Justin Braun is out for a couple of weeks.

A complete list of Chivas USA injuries is here (middle of post).

Despite that list, Coach Preki must fancy his chances against a Sigi-less Crew who are reeling already and with the departed Schmid's successor under fire.

The Chivas USA game is tape-delayed at 8:30 p.m. on Prime. One kid 16 and under gets in free with the purchase of each adult ticket (eight max); the first 7,500 fans through the gate receive a free Chivas USA hat.

Here's the Crew perspective.

I'll blog and Twitter updates from the game (follow LAsoccerblog).

You can also follow the 1 p.m. Sol-Sky Blue game here.

The Jersey perspective of the opener is here.
