Chivas USA Vs. Chivas at Rose Bowl Sept. 23
The first-ever game between the two sister clubs in the U.S. was announced this morning and tickets to the 8 p.m. game went on sale at 10 a.m., starting at $20 for general admission. Call 1-877-CHIVAS-1.
"Chivas USA and Chivas de Guadalajara have done great work together for the last five years, and it will be exciting to see these two great clubs face off on the field," said Chivas USA President and CEO Shawn Hunter.

It would be a great upset if Chivas USA beats Guadalajara. It will be interesting. Chivas USA can only benefit from this game, if they win. Maybe get some respect from Mexican Chivas fans.
For many Hispanic fans this is a battle for the ages and the biggest sporting event in Los Angeles this year. It's also a tremendous time for new fans, non-Hispanic as well, to join together, celebrate the world's game in our own backyard. Chivas USA deserves respect in this town and I would love to see many new soccer players and fans, even non soccer fans, come out to this game, support our local team Chivas USA and you will have a great time. Then come out to Chivas games at the Home Depot stadium in Carson and cheer together with the fans. You will have a great time!

I personally believe that both these clubs are passing through great times. It would be a bummer to see no goals at this magnificient game.I bought my tickets today. I will leave early to be there first.
I think this game is going to be like a draw whoever wins or loses. It does not really matter because both teams are not rivals. I specially say it because I like both teams so this is something we want to see because for the first time both teams are going to battle each other so I say it's a draw.
