Halftime: Houston Dynamo at Galaxy
Galaxy 0 Dynamo 0
This is a helluva game - or at least it has been since the lights came back on, with the Galaxy having the better of the attacking chances and restricting Houston to some long-range efforts.
First, in the 25th minute Stuart Holden cleared a Landon Donovan header off the line.
Two minutes later, Dynamo goalkeeper Pat Onstad made a great save to prevent a 30-yard David Beckham free kick from going into the far corner.
A nice move on the half hour mark between Donovan, Beckham and Edson Buddle ended when Onstad saved a long-range Buddle shot.
Houston have countered with a couple of long-range efforts by Brad Davis. One, in the 31st minute, required Donovan Ricketts to put the ball over the bar.
It's been great stuff, although Beckham and Gregg Berhalter collided in the 36th minute. Beckham has looked uncomfortable since, holding his back - he came out of the Chivas USA game with back spasms you'll recall.
Key stat: the Galaxy lead the Dynamo 8 to 5 in shots.

They're in the dark. (yuk, yuk).

You should talk to the ESPN folks... they have the shot count t to 3 in the other direction.
