Thursday Kicks: Galaxy add Philippines stop to post-season tour

Today marks 25 days until MLS Cup kicks off at Carson's Home Depot Center.
*Tonight's Colorado Rapids-Columbus Crew MLS wild card game isn't televised, but will be streamed live for free on MLSsoccer.com.
*Galaxy exec Tom Payne announced the newest stop on the tour earlier today at a press conference in Asia.
*The U.S. women now know their CONCACAF Olympic Women's Qualifying tournament schedule in Vancouver. The team plays the Dominican Republic Jan. 20, Guatemala Jan. 22 and Mexico Jan. 24.
*Cal State Northridge played the No. 9 nationally ranked Anteaters of UC Irvine to a 0-0 draw Wednesday night. The draw gives the Matadors 10 points on the season and sole possession of the Big West Conference's final playoff spot with three games to play.
*Sophomore Gyasi Zardes of CSU Bakersfield, a Leuzinger High school product who played locally for the South Bay Force and U-20 Galaxy academy team, has now pulled into a tie with Ashton Bennett of Coastal Carolina for the NCAA Division 1 scoring lead. Each has 16 goals.

How can they say Becks will play in this exhibition if his contract expires in November?
I thought I read that his contract didn't expire until December 31, so he was on board for all of the stops on this tour.
It's my understanding his contract doesn't expire until year's end; the Galaxy don't go on this tour without Beckham - he is why overseas promoters are booking this tour.
Why? All the Galaxy shirts they sell there will be cheap & illegal knockoffs ...
