Tuesday's Column: MLS MVP derby appears wide open

It's exactly 27 days until MLS Cup 2011 at Home Depot Center.

High time then to take a look at this year's muddled race for MLS MVP, which is what I spent Monday (and much of the weekend) doing for today's column.

I'd like to say that after writing that column I filled out my ballot successfully. Sadly, there is some sort of known bug in the MLS voting system, my choices did not register and the league has advised me to subit them again using a different browser.

I only have a few hours left to do that. Wonder how many other voters this has happened to? And how is it affecting voting?
