MLS Cup in Carson is sold out
The Galaxy put an unspecified number of additional tickets on sale this afternoon primarily in the northeast and southeast corners of the stadium; the $40 tickets sold within 10 minutes.
"Playing for a championship in front of our hometown fans will create an electric atmosphere that has not been seen in our league since 2002," said Galaxy President Tom Payne. "The overwhelming response for tickets from Galaxy fans everywhere is truly unprecedented and a testament to the passion that our fans have for this club. We hope that we can reward that passion and support by winning MLS Cup in front of them on November 20."
The Galaxy will play the Houston Dynamo at Home Depot Center. The game will kick off at 6 p.m. live on ESPN and Galavision. The game will be televised in more than 100 nations.
