Video: LA Galaxy Celebrate Winning MLS Cup

Two days after a record crowd of more than 30,000 fans packed Home Depot Center to watch the LA Galaxy come from behind to beat the Houston Dynamo, some 3,000 returned Monday night to mark the second successive MLS title for LA in a trophy celebration.

Chivas USA, meanwhile, has declined options on defender Danny Califf (a towering figure in defence this season) as well as midfielder Alejandro Moreno, while veterans Juan Pablo Angel and Pete Vagenas are out of contract (and likely to retire one would think).

It was one of the most entertaining MLS Cup games in recent years — an all-time top 5 contender said one press box veteran — played in front of the biggest and possibly noisiest crowd ever seen at Home Depot Center.
