It’s finally here. MLS opening day kicks off with all 20 teams in action on Sunday. The Galaxy start their season at 7 p.m. at StubHub Center against D.C. United.
After a very busy offseason, the Galaxy remain one of the favorites for the MLS Cup this year. If you need a refresher on the offseason that was, here’s a timeline to show how we got here:
With a roster as star-studded as theirs, it surely makes sense that the Galaxy are front-runners for the title. But Bruce Arena was careful to keep things in perspective during the preseason as he’s preaching patience as the team continues to mesh.
