UCLA men’s soccer routs top-ranked Akron

Ninth-ranked UCLA (2-1-1) men’s soccer team rolled to a 6-1 victory over top-ranked Akron (2-2), Monday night.

The Bruins also set an NCAA record with three goals in a 32-second span.

Junior forward Abu Danladi scored two goals in 11 seconds and sophomore midfielder Jackson Yueill had four assists, tying a school-record.

Brian Iloski, Seyi Adekova, Blayne Martinez  and Jose Hernandez scored the other goals for the Bruins.

UCLA scored 2-0 at halftime.
