I'll take the Blue team by the mere fact that they have Denker at QB and if this comes down to the battle of the QB, hands down it goes to the blue because they have a scrambler versus a sitting target who may be afraid to run.

I agree with Blue Men but Landers is still a beast who has thrived under big games at serra, however on the blue they have Denker who is a good athlete and Ckye penn who is as physical at reciever and db then almost anyone in the Southbay.I do what to see how altenberg deals with a Loatman who is a phenomanal running back but is death. This will be interesting to see

Yes "Go Blue" ..Landers is going to learn what a really good QB looks like from the side lines when he watches Denker in action throwing to Penn and you are correct Penn is good and no one will be able to cover him just like no one has a chance to cover that Yang kid either out there. Whew............two great little receivers on one team!! Loatman had a decent year, not too bad but not spetacular. Loatman is a fair runner, not great and lacks real break away speed. Now this John White on the Blue, I truly hope White gets to carry the ball and they don't just put him in the slot. That kid can run like a deer. Both teams have pretty good coaches but expect Croce to have Denker running out of the sprint giving him the option to throw or to run definitely nothing the white team can offer with their QB. I am looking for some players on these rosters which I expected to see but I don't see them on the roster which is a let down. What criteria do they use to make all of these picks for this game? Does anyone know?

I believe that coaches nominate their seniors and they are invited. I know many of the players could not play due to prior commitments such as recruiting trips, also many play other sports or do not want to get hurt if they do have a scholarship.

why isnt USC commit Byron moore in this game?

"idk" Since he is a USC commit which means he's part of the Upper Level Of talent he Most likely Played in the Under Armour all american game or the army all american games and most big name colleges only want their commits to play in one all star game

I agree with you Blue Men on Landers When you watch him there is just something missing and its hard to explain. Like he is missing the most important thing which is the intangible element of a quarterback. Landers is definitely missing the intangible and it is the intangible which makes a quarterback good and great. He has none of this and he has a slow release. Powerful arm but it looks like he is telegraphing and winding up to throw the ball and it looks like he has to work to throw it where he wants. He has a strong arm but a very slow release not a trait you want if you are a college coach. There are many better quarterbacks in the area and Denker is just one of them out there who is better than Landers.

I watched the game today, and realized none of you know what you are talking about. Landers and the three other quarterbacks outplayed Denker all the way!

Denker's a good QB, but I thought Landers looked more impressive.

I don't know because I watched the game and I agree with two posts ago. I watched Denker who can scramble and throw and make things happen and who is a "gamer" and the other Qb, lander, is one who can just throw and not great either at throwing the short ball. I wasn't impressed by landers at all. if I was a scout I don't look at how many yards any one got today in the air but I look to see who looks like a future Qb in the making and who has more potential. a team can run an option with denker and not landers. I would take Denker any day over landers based on what I watched today. I was also impressed with Loatman today. it looks like the Banning Qb was more exciting than landers was today. The redondo Qb was a joke though. I thought I was going to see more out of him and I didn't see anything from that guy.
