Ladies and gentlemen ... Budget Hero

| | Comments (0)

American Public Media out of St. Paul, Minn., announced an updated version of their game Budget Hero today, which lets people see how their perspectives would have a financial effect on the country. The game uses the latest figs from Congressional Budget Office.

Don't let the name fool you, you're not going to get numbers scrolling at you at high speed or the ability to use "star power" to prevent layoffs. It's a nifty game that carries a lot of information for anyone who wants to get a picture of how national budgeting works.

I'd have plopped it into this entry, but it's too big. Instead, check it out here

Props to San Bernardino city reporter Andrew Edwards for passing this along.
