Second annual Business Breakthrough to offer opportunities to Inland Empire entrepreneurs

The second annual Business Breakthrough will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 25 at the Moreno Valley Conference and Recreation Center, 14075 Frederick St.
Representatives from the state Employment Development Department, Inland Empire Small Business Development Center, Inland Empire Women's Business Center, and Service Core of Retired Executives, will be on hand. 
According to a press release, "The Business Breakthrough event will give small business owners and entrepreneurs the opportunity to meet one-on-one with SBA preferred lenders, receive free, on-site business counseling and meet with a variety of local business product and service providers." The event and parking are free.
