I.E. United Way appoints Brandi Carter director of HandsOn Inland Empire

Inland Empire United Way has chosen Brandi Carter as the new HandsOn Inland Empire director. 
According to a news release, Carter previously served as the director of marketing and development for Pomona Valley Workshop, a nonprofit organization that works with adults with developmental disabilities in eastern Los Angeles County and western San Bernardino County.
Carter has also served as a community development manager for the Los Angeles office of the American Cancer Society.
