Regency Centers breaks ground on Murrieta Marketplace

Regency Centers broke ground Wednesday on Murrieta Marketplace, a 469,776-square-foot retail center at Clinton Keith and Winchester Roads. 
The project will be anchored by a 137,940-square-foot Target, a 124,076-square-foot Lowe's, and a 20,390-square-foot Staples. Other retailers include Red Robin, Washington Mutual, McDonalds, Wells Fargo, Panda Express, Bruegger's Bagels, Great Clips and GNC. 
Peter Moersch of the Anaheim office of CB Richard Ellis is leasing the center.
