San Dimas-based American States Water promotes Eva G. Tang to senior vice president, CFO role
American States Water Company in San Dimas has announced the appointment of Eva G. Tang as senior vice president-finance, chief financial officer, corporate secretary and treasurer of the American States Water, and senior vice president-finance, chief financial officer and secretary of its subsidiary, Golden State Water Company.
Tang succeeds Robert J. Sprowls, who will continue as executive vice president of American States until he assumes his new position as chief executive officer and president of the company on Jan. 1.
Tang's appointment was effective Nov. 1.
