Cal State SB honored for community engagement

   Cal State San Bernardino has been selected by the Carnegie Foundation as one of 119 U.S. colleges and universities in its 2008 Community Engagement Classification.

   Carnegie's Community Engagement Classification consists of two categories: Curricular Engagement and Outreach and Partnerships. CSUSB has been recognized and honored with a designation in both categories for its ongoing community outreach and student participation through partnership and service learning programs that include area schools, school districts and civic organizations.
