Census Bureau to open office in Riverside today
The U.S. Census Bureau will mark the 15-month countdown to the 2010 census with the grand opening today of its census office at 11820 Pierce St., Riverside, according to a news release. The Riverside office is one of 12 local census offices opening this month. During peak operations, the census office will employ about 1,500 people from the surrounding area.
