Palm Desert restaurant building sells for more than $5 million

   Sovereign Investment Co. sold the Ruth's Chris Steakhouse at 74740 Highway 111 in Palm Desert to private investors for $5.7 million, according to costar.com.  Glen Kunofsky of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.  Kathleen Howard of NAI Capital's Palm Desert office represented the buyer.
