SB councilman to represent city at two agencies

   San Bernardino councilman Rikke Van Johnson has been appointed to represent the city in 2009 at the Inland Valley Development Agency and the San Bernardino International Airport Authority.  "We will be doing everything we can to bring economic redevelopment to the area in and around the San Bernardino International Airport," Johnson said in a news release.
