Upland chamber to hold economic development forum

   The Upland Chamber of Commerce will have an economic development forum starting at 7:30 a.m. Jan. 27 at the chamber office, 215 N. Second Ave., Suite D.  City and school representatives discuss issues affecting the Upland business community.  The forum's purpose is to create and support a positive business climate.  Information: (909) 204-4465.
