Annual meeting to feature talk by regional economist

   The Inland Empire Economic Partnership will hold its 23rd annual meeting luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 11 at the Mission Inn, 3649 Mission Inn Ave., Riverside.  The keynote speaker, Redlands-based regional economist John Husing, will discuss "The Inland Empire's Recession ... Its Causes and Likely Solution."
