Company auctions more than 400 Inland Empire properties

   Real Estate Disposition Corp. auctioned 1,301 foreclosed Southern California homes for $129.4 million during its seven-day tour of seven Southern California cities, including Ontario and Palm Springs.  In a news release,Jeff Frieden, CEO of Real Estate Disposition and USHomeAuction.com, wrote, "Consumers walked away with some incredible deals. Many people were able to buy the home of their dreams, sometimes at a discount of up to 40 to 50 percent of the home's value.  We're elated to be in a position to give home buyers opportunities like this."  In Ontario, the company auctioned off 405 properties for $25.8 million. In Palm Springs, 111 properties were auctioned for $7.8 million.
